Executive Summary
Project Charter This project will create a new home accounting business from the ground up. The product will be the completed taxes and accounting council of needed clients. I plan on doing the work of the project by the book acquiring all licenses in the correct and timely manner. The high level deliverables will the new business and the satisfied customers. The finical reason behind this project is to help me succeed and make money in my desired career. I will need my CPA or CMA license as well as the proper building and business licenses that are required by the state and local government.

My project will be to open my own accounting firm from my home that includes traveling to client’s homes to help them with taxes. This relates to my major and this is why I chose it. This project will be it’s own and not apart of anything bigger. This project will create a new home accounting business from the ground up. The product will be the completed taxes and accounting council of needed clients. I plan on doing the work of the project by the book acquiring all licenses in the correct and timely manner.
