History of Cannabis
The ancestors of Cannabis otherwise known as marijuana, grass, weed, pot or ganja. It was originated in Asia, possibly on the more gentle slopes of the Himalayas or the Altai Mountains to the north. The exact origin, obscured by Stone Age trails that cross the continent is not known.
Effects of Smoking Cannabis
Long term- effects of cannabis are addiction potential, mental health, general health, in particular, cancer risk,( e.g. lung cancer, breast cancer and mouth cancer)behavioral effects, and effects on memory and intelligence.
Short-term-physical effects of cannabis use includes: increased heart rate, mouth, reddening of the eyes , muscle relaxation, a sensation of cold or hot hands and feet and blood shot eyes.
Cannabis joints are the most harmful method of consumption.
Cannabis is consumed in many different ways, most of which involve inhaling smoke.
The most commonly used include screened bowls, bubblers (small pipes with water chambers), bongs, one-hitters, chillums, paper-wrapped joints and tobacco-leaf-wrapped blunts

About Cannabis
There are three acknowledged species, they are:
Cannabis sativa L.,
Cannabis indica Lam.,
Cannabis Janisch
These three types are native to central Asia and surrounding regions. Cannabis has long been used for fiber (hemp), for medicinal purposes, and as a psychoactive. Industrial hemp products are made from Cannabis plants selected to produce an abundance of fiber and minimal levels of THC, one psychoactive molecule that produces the "high" connected with marijuana.
Medical use
Cannabis used medically does have several well-documented beneficial effects. Among these are: the amelioration(improve) of nausea and vomiting, stimulation of hunger in chemotherapy and AIDS patients, lowered
