Mrs. Monica Wilcox's Case Study
Mrs. Monica Wilcox stated that she if an individual is considering choosing her career field they have to first ensure that they genuinely care about people, be patient, and have their own anger management and self control. She stated that she had parents walked in on her and yelled at her as well as cursed at her in her face.
Mrs. Monica Wilcox stated that one day after counseloring a teenager that was having emotional and behavioral problems at the high school where she was. The child went home and told her father that she talked to the school counselor and the following day the father stormed into her office and yelled at her, cursing her and called her out of her name. When asked what she does, she said that after he had finish yelling
