Multiple Lending Case Study
Have a question for you regarding audits related to multiple entities. We want to complete a Compliance review regarding Fair Lending. This would impact multiple lending departments. We set up three processes Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Housing Act, and Home Mortgage Disclosure Act. We want to identify risks related to these regulations and there control. We mapped this risks to the five entities that they are related to and generated an audit for those entities and processes. For this to work we noticed an objective for each process would be needed to be generated for each entity. Therefore, for the 3 process we would have an objective for each one for each department. This would result in 15 objectives. We would like to have
