My Collaboration
Collaboration. Myself and many other would agree that I am very friendly. I love talking to people and getting others opinions. That being said I also will fight for what I think is right, but in a respectful way.

Value. Value is an impotent word to me. I value so many things. Ever since I received my concussion, I've learned to value health a lot more than I used to. I understand the values of helping people in this career path because of my personal

I am very outgoing and sometimes consider myself to be very talkative, even when people tell me to be quiet I cannot help it. That is just the type of person I am. I like to be heard even if I am the only person listening to myself my brain is always running and developing new thoughts and ideas to discuss with other people. Whenever I am with my friends they are constantly telling me to be quiet because I never stop talking I just do not like it to be quiet. I feel that I am the life of the party I also do this at work with my co-workers I just like to talk I feel I have a mouth to express myself and be heard. Openness to experience I feel is another that describes me well because along with always thinking and talking I an very curious to know a little about everything. I feel that I can learn about different things forever, and that I can always learn how to do something I already know a different more efficient way. Curiosity never hurt anyone I believe the world is full of many mysteries and we must unlock and discover them to learn what they are. I also find myself building thing without the instructions not because I do not need them, but because I am curious to see if I can create what I am building without them. Even if I do not know something on a subject I will sometimes act as if I do because I want to see how gullible people are, and I also know many facts about everything so it is easy to believe me. Using agreeableness I would consider myself to be ruthless and soft-hearted why, because I tend to be easygoing and am kind to people I know, but if I do not know you I am not going to be nice to you. Do not get me wrong though even with people I know I can turn on if they give me a good cause to snap on them. People who hitch for rides I…

Working in partnership with other colleagues and professionals is detrimental in being able to provide a service fit for need as it helps promote team working which i believe motivates a team to work well and excel them. It also helps every person involved in providing the service aware of all obstacles that could arise and any outcomes to achieve or have been achieved. Within a children’s setting it can also help build positive environments for children to be in and this would help a child or young person settle better into a new environment so that you are able to assess a person or child and manage tasks efficiently. It helps creates a safe environment to share information as nearly all professionals update themselves with technology, information can now be sent password protected via a encrypted system which deters others from being able to access a person’s private information by a secure connection. Sharing information about a person can help the smooth running of a service as it enables all involved to be fully aware of each person’s position and remit and allows others to know who to approach for feedback or guidance.…

I am strong-minded, independent, and most of all a leader. In our day-to-day lives we always have outside sources trying to manipulate our thoughts. If one does not have a strong mind, they will not have their own beliefs. I try to not allow others to make-up my mind for me. I use facts and my own opinions to come to a logical conclusion. This falls in line with being independent. Even though most of my social interaction throughout life have been in a group setting, from playing organized sports to being in the military, not allowing myself be overcome with group thought (mob mentality) has been a strong point in my life. Being independent has its ups and downs make me different from others. This is where the use of my leadership skills plays to my favor. As a leader, I can make others see my point of view. In most cases, others want to know my opinion and/or thoughts on a particular question. This is who I am.…

The value that I feel that underlies me to help others is my ability to put people first, as in being able to put my feeling aside so I would be willing to be there for them. For example my father was dating a woman that I felt was a woman after his pocket, she lied a lot and was a fake. But besides how I felt about her my father loved her and he knew how I felt about her, but I stood by him and was respecting his wishes. Now if she was putting him in harm’s way then I would have to step up and something.…

Internship program is a pre-requisite for acquiring MBA degree. Before completion of the degree, student must undergo the internship program. Every student under the internship program has to prepare a report based on the project or particular matching with the intern’s area of specialization and organization’s requirement. The report writing consists of Intern’s analysis, finding and achievements. This report titled “How Partnership with Stakeholders Helps to Maximize Performance in BRAC Learning Division” is prepared as internship report under the supervision of Ms. Faria Rashid, Lecturer, BRAC Business School, BRAC University and Mohammad Abdur Rahman, In-charge of BRAC Learning Division. Partnership Strategic alliances among business, government, and civil society are an established feature of social development and policy development in both mature and emerging economies. Such multi-sector partnerships are necessary because it is increasingly clear that no one sector in society can address the complexities surrounding these issues on its own. Training and development is no exception. There are many definitions of “partnership” in use today, and increasingly the term is used to describe almost any kind of collaboration. Collaborations can be called partnerships when the parties involved voluntarily share risks and pool resources and talents in order to optimize the delivery of outcomes that are viewed as mutually beneficial. Partnerships exist, in other words, when the parties recognize in their relationship a complementary commitment to contribute their core competencies in order to achieve a more complete solution to a given issue or problem. A partnership approach is an inclusive collaboration of stakeholders that can contribute in a more positive way to initiatives and policy. Single-sector approaches have been tried and found wanting in the world. Working…
