First I admire my father because he is a great role model for teenagers and adult young men. He is a working man that takes good care of his family. He has worked since he was sixteen years old. My dad has two boys and three girls. That he takes good care of since we were born. We always had a father figure.
In addition I admire my father because he is very smart, respectful and talented in a lot of ways. He was raised by my great grandmother Dessie Loving also a sweet, loving, and caring person. She did a great job raising my dad. He always made good grades in school. Very respectful to all adults. Went to church every Wednesday and Sunday. Talented in many ways he played baseball, basketball, football and ran track. He was awesome football player. My dad coached the longhorn’s football league for a couple of years. Also he owned several businesses. He owns a club now in Temple, TX called the fox trap.
Most importantly, I admire my father because he graduated and went to college. He got his bachelors for engineering at Devry University. His first job was at ups. He works for ALLTEL wireless company now it’s called Verizon wireless. Making good money he rides around in the company truck it has a computer that goes in it. He rides around from city to city fixing on cell sites. When you go to college and get certified or get a degree for something you enjoy you to do. It’s easy to find work and your guaranteed good pay an hour.
My father is my hero still today doing great things in life making a lot of people proud. Taking good care of his family, go to work every day Monday through Friday, and make sure his kids are headed in the right direction. I love him so much and thankful to have a great father figure.
