Dr.Albigence Waldo told me how he felt when he heard,”...there comes a soldier, his bare feet are seen thro’ his worn out shoes…”(Waldo 151) This told me the camp was so low on supplies that they could barely provide clothes for themselves and the soldiers. He also told me about the,”...Nasty Cloaths…”(Waldo 151) That gave me the immediate of answer that even if they could barely provide clothing for the soldiers, the clothes still barely even worked to call them “clothes.” When I go out, I hear the general shouting to the soldiers and I that there is no more meat. This is really bad because we may starve to death because of the no meat. We have such low supplies that we have run out of meat already. When I look at the scenery, it shows soldiers scattered and some with very few clothes on. They look like they had only brung rags to wear. Since the supplies are low, we do not know when the supplies are ever going to get here. This reason is causing me to not re-enlist because no supplies like clothes could lead to bad health and since the conditions of camp are extremely terrible, it gives me an even higher chance of becoming sick. As a result, I will not re-enlist at Valley Forge due to very low
