That is exactly how that question should be answered.” The first one was “Name three strengths and one weakness.” I feel that my strategy of places my weakness first then speaking on my strengths was very impressive. The accountability of my weakness was honest and well stated. The next question was the very last question asked during the interview: “If you were to be a brick in a brick wall, which brick would you be and why?” I decided to answer this question from my analytical strength. For example, I began by telling where on the wall I would be and the importance of this particular location. Moving forward, I spoke about the significance of teamwork, solid foundations, and organizational structure. By incorporating such a metaphoric approach to answering this question made for a lasting effect in the eyes of the interviewer. None of the questions asked during the interview, ultimately, surprised me. They seemed to be of the similar type of questions that I have been asked during previous interviews. The difference that I noticed was all the questions were unstructured and behavioral questions. Often these questions leave the interpretation of the question to the interviewee’s
