My Personality Type Analysis

As I look up things about my personality type I find that it suits me very well. I am similar to ISTP types because I like to pull things apart and try to put them back together. As I read through thing I find that ISTP type like to change things u a lot when they are working or they will get bored. I have the same problem unless the task changes every time that I do it then there is no point in doing it. I don't think that my career path that I started on was the best choice for me. I hope that the work space in the accounting work can keep me interested, so I don't lose interest. My personality type kind of explains what happen to me at subway. When I was working there for the short time that I did my manager was always trying to force rules
We like work spaces were there is a little wiggle room to do things are own way. Our day-to-day tasks have to change up or we may explode. We like to go with the flow of the day and see where it takes us. So the day-to-day tasks should change from day-to-day. Organizations that this type like to work for is more relaxed in how they manage ISTP personality types. We also like to work independently for the group, because of the way that we do thing it is better if we do it our selves. Personally my financial security should allow me to do what I want when I want. My moral strongly influence my decisions so a company who does their work only by the book is okay with me. As long as they don't violate some moral boundary with me I will stay loyal with them till the end. I think that an organization that allows me to switch roles in different parts of the company would be the best place for me to grow in my career path. My work life balance should be fifty fifty because if the work does not satisfy my boredom then I want time at home to work on my hobbies that way I can stay focused at
