1. I am on track to meet Critical Element 1
I have effectively integrated objectives, resources and opportunities to ensure my teams is aligned, and engaged in executing the command's mission.
- Repurposed the phone line at our ASI Analysis cubical and use this resource to provide our team one phone number that would ring down to each member of the ASI management team and the BWC to sure some could be reached after hours or on weekends.

- I continue to uphold a high standard of integrity and ethical behavior and perform all of my assigned supervisory duties as outline in my Performance Objectives.

- I have effectively developed and championed innovative ideas to improve the organization and create an environment that fosters innovation.
- I have coordinated with stakeholders to identify critical areas for increased command and control and situational awareness.

- Collaborated with Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group (MCCOG) in the updating of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between (NNWC) and MCCO,) regarding Network service interruptions affecting Navy and Marine Corps common network boundary devices.

- I continue to support all NGEN initiatives to ensure all ASI operational requirements are captured and updated for all NGEN recomplete document , SOPs, and the revised ITO management manual.

- In support of Continual Service Improvements (CSI) process, my team collaborated with N6 in the development of the Joint N3/N6 User Alert Bulletin SOP and by collaborating with the Joint Management Team in the development of N313 Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) ASI Migration SOP.

- I continue to review all NGEN Contractor Deliverable Requirement Lists (CDRLs) and provide feedback to the Incident and Change management process
My teams as process all TASKORDS issues by COMTENTHFLT within hours upon receipt during normal working hours. Additionally, all GDA associated with Maintenance Moratoriums are processed within the first two hours upon receipt from the
