As we all know the new developments in computer technology are occurring every day and so do the computer intrusion and cyber crimes. These cyber crimes happen irrespective of country’s boundaries and the Court Systems play a vital role in ensuring the fair application of the laws.
The court systems to be part of cyber advisory committee will allow the lawmakers/policy makers to keep up with the rapid technology growth. Computer related laws and statutes have a direct effect on cyber security. These laws will help to determine how computer security intrusions should be handled investigated, and prosecuted.
