Wrong. While Narnia is a land connected to the Earth we live on, just in a different dimension, all the while Middle Earth is its own world in its own universe. Middle Earth is also an Island while Narnia is a Nation. Narnia is surrounded by many other countries. Which is to differ from the Island Middle Earth, which has kingdoms in itself. We know Narnia is the name of the realm connected to earth and the name of the nation, but we do not know if Middle Earth is the island or the World. I assume it actually may as well be both for the rest of the world is so post to be dessert. So it can stand as either. This is proof that these are two very different lands indeed.
The stories, like their owners, are also very different. Narnia is a library full of stories about when we humans visit their realm. Lord of the Rings trilogy is all one story about the falling of Sauron. While both involve kings, Narnia is about a whole family till the last two. In Middle Earth, the king is actually running away from that reality. Both lead to the king taking his's/her's throne. This is a few differences in the two
