He has taught me so much. Did you know that pork and apple go together well. Well anyways, I don’t like Mexican food, and my family loves Mexican. I have no spice tolerance, but my family does. They eat spicy food all the time, but when my family does cook Fajitas I help my dad, I don’t help my mom cook that often because she doesn’t let me interact. She says can you grab this or that and then can you put this away . When my dad is home he lets me interact. My dad stands an average 5 foot 9 with short shaved sides of the hair and a trimmed top. He has glasses but he doesn’t wear them much, he wears sweats and a shirt. He used to make homemade tortillas with his dad, his dad died when he was in high school, so it is like a tradition. My dad’s side of the family is Mexican so we have those kind of traditions.

“It needs something,” my dad says, “but what?”
“It needs some oregano,” I reply
“Ok,”He says. I got to grab the oregano and then put it in.
Sometimes he says can you make a sauce for the dish and I do with no assistance then we taste it and add more. My favorite thing to make is sauce and I love Worcester, it is a base that is sweet and salty with a taste similar to A1 steak sauce. It is so much fun to spend time with him and get to know him, considering he is sleeping when we go to school and is at work when we come home, he is a police sergeant that works the night shift.
