Each slide should have the following: An Objective and/or key messages Speaker notes detailing the slide content Concise bullets Additionally you might want to include: Imagery/Graphics Animation/Sound The Framework of a Slide * 6. The Dos & Don'ts of Presentations There are 5 key areas of presentation Dos and Don’ts we will focus on: Preparation & Planning Consistency of Style & Tone Visual Accessibility Slide Layout & Content Timing & Delivery * 7. The Dos & Don'ts of Presentations Preparation & Planning Do prepare in advance Don’t just dump down ideas Do plan out your presentation Don’t assume your audience knowledge level * 8.
