Project Analysis – Q&A
After reviewing with the Team, I have found several items that can be changed.
Clarity, The presentation is easy to understand but it may present several questions from the public.
Safety, The solution may have some safety concerns, We have found people that told us that to be able to help people on the Street, they are afraid to help due to any safety issue.
Convenience, No on our knowledge.
Economy, In the case of Bill Gates, if he is walking from the Car to his Job. Stopping to pick up a $100 dollar bill from the floor, he is losing more money that leaving it on the floor. But for him and for most all the human kind. The price to be able to help is priceless. I will do a lot of things for free with the only reward of a smile.
Simplicity, yes, it can be as easy as to be able to extend the hand and help to stand up.
Comfort, Depending on the situation, some people may be afraid or scare?
Durability, Depending on the solution. It is more assistance to people that material that can last longer. But the help provided can last lifetime.
Aesthetic, Same situation as durability. Assistance to people cannot be measured.
Compatibility, yes, it can be apply at any place at any moment.
Making Changes
As the group are formed by English as second language persons. We need to have this presentation review several times and maybe by a person outside of our group. Spanish people always make the sentences longer that should be and add a lot more information that needed.
As Mr. Green said, “Do not wait until the last minute”, now we are changing our schedule meeting to be able to have the document ready on time.
Delivery of the final project will stress at the end of this week, we need to have a nice final presentation to be able to submit a nice package.
Terminology is being changed on some word with synonyms to be able to give a speech on the project.
