Objective 1: The teachers will increase technology use in the classroom from 4 times per month to 8 times per month during the 2016-2017 school year in order to develop a more technological learning environment.
Strategy 1: Meet with technology staff to assess ways to become more technology literate.
Action Step 1: Get recommendations from technology staff on appropriate ways to incorporate technology in the classrooms.
Responsibility: CJU administrator, CJU teachers, and technology staff.
Strategy 2: Implement a one-to-one technology program in the Alternative School by the 2018-2019 school year.
Action Step 1: Determine the amount of time each class should spend on technology instruction.
Responsibility: Alternative School administrator and teachers.

Objective 3: Provide new and updated technology for students and teachers in the new CJU building.
Strategy 1: Continue to assign chrome books to each student enrolled in CJU. These chrome books will only be used by the assigned individual for the intent purpose of completing assignments and school related projects. While not in use, chrome books will be housed in the schools docking station.
Action Step 1: Communicate with central office the teacher and student needs in order to provide a technological learning environment.
Responsibility: CJU administrator and Central Office administration.
Strategy 2: Each teacher will be provided with a smart board in his/her classroom
