Ethics of care, in my opinion, is when the healthcare team make decisions on the health and well-being of the patient in a prudent manner within their scope of practice. The key players on the team are the doctors and nurses. Cooperation between the team members and key team players is essential for promoting quality healthcare. Ethics of justice in nursing is making sure the patient is being treated equally and fairly and making sure the patient’s rights are being adhered to with respect. Without doing that justice will prevail.
