The continuum of care requires and environment where everyone has the same goals; patient wellness.
Provision 7: As educators, nurses must always stay on top of the newest and latest healthcare practices and know what practices are common outside the health care so that we may educate outpatients and provide evidenced based care. Nurses have to continuous educate ourselves.
