Nvq 5 R's Of Safeguarding
Within the health and social care environment, communication is the main factor of providing a good service to the service uses and for the service providers. To see if the service is running smoothly and the quality of safety is met. There are other organisations involved who are the public body of department of health, who are known as the care quality commission. This regulation was established in 2009 to observe and inspect the health and social care services around England. They are the supervisory body for all health services in London. Ensure that all entrances and fine exits are free from obstruction and are working properly.
3. Check the security of all door-locking mechanisms both internally and externally.

5. Check the stability of large play equipment both internally and externally
6. Report any necessary repair work to the manager immediately. Therefore, recognize, respond, report, record and refer. Those are the 5 R’s of safeguarding.

Non-compliance with work safety and health act regulations is like the employer isn’t succeeding the company’s guidelines.
