According to the Saudi Society of Family and Community Medicine they have solutions for obesity the aim of these solutions are to preventing weight gain, weight loss so that up to a reasonable goal and to maintain the desired weigh. On the other hand they give some recommendations for the patient such as, each patient is a different case in losing weight, modify the food behaviors and Increase daily physical activity. There are five types of treatments, but will mention two of them; the first one by diet, the diet is to put a schedule which contains the time, the types of food, the quantity, the place and with count the calories. Diet does not mean complete deprivation of some essential nutrients such as carbohydrates and meat. Diet may affect the daily need of vitamins and minerals that the body need such as calcium, iron advised to take additional doses of them, under the supervision of the doctor. Prefer to eat three meals a day with a snack for example; some kinds of fruits. Meals that low in fat and low in sugars and rich in fiber. Must measuring the weight and height and count the amount of calories through special equations that depend on the age, gender, the general health condition and the body mass all of this should be under full medical supervision.
