Click and mortar for a B2C could use the internet for the consumer to order or rent bikes for his different location prior to arrival at Old Dominion Trail Bikes. The B2C applies it is bring the service to the consumer but they can also go to a store to make the same arrangements. similar to banking online or visiting the local branch.

B2B can be arranged as well for Old Dominion Trail Bikes because Ted would like to keep up with all of his inventory and get better deal from his supplies he can have it set up though his website allowing for a long term relationships and can also sponser the supplier on his website as well.

ERP integration has the ability to integrate all stores and departments into one system.

ERP Integration with other applications such as SCM which supports procurement, manufacturing, storage, inventory control, scheduling, and transportation.

ERP allows for planning, forecasting and replenishment of supplies.

Considerations:

Planning and forecasting is important because it help predict what the company will need and has to have the right supplies without loss.
