This is a big one because if one speaks negatively behind someone’s back they are just ruining the person’s reputation and could completely ruin their livelihood. Another huge laws that can protect one from ruining their strong unconditional kindness relationships is that “embarrassing someone is like spilling their blood” (Gemara Bava Metzia) so people should really not embarrass people because is like telling others that they are worthless and by embarrassing them in public is showing others their worthlessness which is symbolically shedding their blood.
