Open Ended Reflection

During the teaching, I used open ended questions and questions and answers. I also gave the patient 4 handouts and highlighted the important discussion points and topics I discussed. I estimated that the process would take between 15-30 minutes depending on if the patient and her daughter had any questions. The whole process took about 20 minutes.
