Abstract
This paper will review the case study “ Agile Project Management- Agilism versus Traditional Approaches”. The is paper will analyze the traditional project management philosophy. Not only that but also the new project management theories. Also it will give you a clear meaning agile project management. The paper will also touch based on many other topics that are talked about in the case study.
Introduction Before we I go into the many different topics about project management first let me tell you what a project is. Reid & Sanders (2007) define a project is a endeavor with a specific objective, multiple activities, and defined precedence relationships, to be completed in a specified time. (p, 595) So for you to complete this project you need some type of plan. Reid & Sanders (2007) called this a project life cycle, which is a conception, feasibility analysis or study, planning, execution, and lastly termination. (p,595-596)
