Oprah Winfrey Influential Person
Oprah Winfrey is an influential person because she has made a lot of different changes in the world and a lot of different impacts on other people's lives. Oprah is very helpful and she goes out of her way to do a good deed. She has made many good books about life. She is very understanding. She grew up with a single teenaged mother and had to live with her very poverty-stricken grandmother who made dresses for Oprah out of potato sacks. But the good thing about her grandmother was that she taught Oprah how to read before she was 3.

In my opinion I think that Oprah Winfrey is a nice and kind person who will just do something nice just to do it.

I like watching her on T.V. because she says the right things that will make someone feel happy. To me Oprah is very intelligent and inspiring. Oprah Winfrey likes to let her voice be heard and the voice of others. Oprah inspires me because she said the most funny and generous things. I would love to follow in Oprah's footsteps when I get older. She is very reliable.

She does very good on T.V. commercials and she just makes me smile. She loves everything and everyone. She is a fighter and she won't give up. She always plays by the rules. What I mean by this is she doesn't put others down and she engages people to do what is right.

Oprah Winfrey is special to me because of her very inspirational quotes. “Turn your wounds into wisdom", “The more you praise and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate", and my favorite is "You can have it all, just not all at once". To me this quote

means that you get anything you want but all of the things that you want you can't get them right away. She is very sensational in her movies. The movies with her in them that I have seen are The Butler, Color Purple, The Princess and the Frog, Charlotte's Web, and Bee Movie. She is very funny when she does her

Oprah Winfrey was born on a small farm in Kosciusko, Mississippi on January 29th, 1954, and life was immediately rough for her. Her grandmother raised her for the first six years of her life, while her teenage mother was looking for work up north. Whilst living with her grandma, it was very primitive and poverty was a normality. She would often wear clothes made of potato sacks and garbage bags, having kids in the neighborhood laugh at her constantly. Her only friends at the time were the animals on the farm, but that didn’t stop her, as she would dress them up and have tea parties with them. Albeit she didn’t have an ideal upbringing, she was able to get by with her grandmother by her side. Oprah was taught how to read very early and by the time she was three years old, she was already singing bible verses in church.…

She also takes frequent political standings to support her ideals. She is a driving force in today's society and I admire her because she is easy for me to relate to. I find a deep connection to her, in the sense that she shares my personality. The major reason I admire her is the way she expresses herself. She is openly quirky and thrives off the fact that people think so. I relate this because I also like to express myself in a way that most people consider odd. Despite she receives constant criticism, she maintains her pride wisely. The other reason I admire her is the way she takes a stance. She is frequently seen promoting her ideas and supporting various national movements.…
