First and foremost, we would like to thank to our lecturer of this task Madam Marini bt Mohamed Azhari. She inspired us greatly to work in this task. Her willingness to motivate us contributed tremendously to our task. We also would like to thank him for showing us some example that related to the topic of our task. Also, through this work we found out more about the company.
Not to forget, we would like to express our thanks of gratitude to our fellow friends who help a lot in giving information regarding this assignment. Without helps of the particular that mentioned above, we would face many difficulties while doing this task.

Introduction
Assalamualaikum,
The purpose of this assignment that we have to do base on task that we have been given from our lecturer, the task is about find out the leadership style that may have on motivation in Tesco Bakery. Besides that, the motivation theories that had been applied in Tesco from that what the benefits that manager get from those theories.
Tesco is a customer-orientated business. It aims to offer products that provide value for money for its customers and to deliver high quality service. To keep at the top of its game and to maintain its number one spot in the market, the company needs skilled staff at all levels and in all roles. Tesco aims to develop the leadership qualities of its people throughout the organisation, from administrators and customer assistants to the board of directors.

Leadership style in Tesco
Leadership is about influencing, motivating and inspiring people. It is about coaching and developing people, treating them with respect but challenging them. Leaders seek to create strong teams, with
