Executive Summary
The report considered here reflects the importance of various parts of the working of an organization in a systematic way. It determines the goals, objectives, policies, problems and strategies of the airtstar company. This company had previously met with a lot problems and business crisis due to lack of organizational skills and strategies. Earlier the list of managers and subordinates was not up to the mark, the company’s selection procedure was not adequately lined up so to overcome this issue it is suggested to pay keen attention towards the managers and employee selection process.
Finally, as a consultant the organizational structure should be excellent because the employers are the one who runs the organisations.
1) Introduction
1.1) Background
“Airstar Inc. manufactures, repairs, and overhauls pistons and jet engines for smaller, often previously owned aircraft” (Daft, 2008, p. 84). It has been observed that air star company is facing problems in their organizational structure and strategies which consist of decision making, complete knowledge to the employees and many more reasons which led them down. It is currently facing a major challenge adapting itself to the changes around and regaining the position it held few years back. The president under the assumptions of a stable environment has an outdated view. Due to many problems this company could not maintain its goals and policies as it was not well panned and organized.
