Course objectives:

1. To enhance the students’ understanding of one’s own behavior and its impact on others in the organization. 2. To develop a meaningful insight to diagnose and effectively deal with human behavior at the workplace. 3. To develop student’s skills for influencing & managing groups, thereby enhancing personal and interpersonal skills.

Pedagogy:

The course is designed to introduce the field of Organizational Behavior, giving special attention to the major challenges and the paradigm shift facing today 's management - to present the organizational behavior perspective for management through exercises, activities and simulations. An experiential learning methodology is adopted through the use of Case Studies, Group Discussions, Games, Role-Plays & the administration of Psychological Instruments. Group tasks and presentations are compulsory.
