Organized Crime, to me the definition of organized crime is a group of people that come together whom have a hierarchy system in place and they buy and sell illegal products or do underground trades, which can range from drugs to human body parts. I found on Your Dictionary their definition of organized crime and they stated that it’s a widespread of professional criminals who rely on illegal activities as their way of life and whose activities are coordinated and controlled through some form of centralized syndicate. I am currently watching a show about a motorcycle gang that to me portrays what organized crime is. They are based in a town and in that town they pretty much run everything or at least keep it how they want the town to be. What the group does is they buy and sell illegal weapons mainly guns like A-K’s and shotguns with a few handguns, but what they do is buy the guns from a supplier who sells the weapons to them disassembled they then put the guns together and sell them at a higher price. Organized criminals are exactly like business men they don’t just deal with anybody they strategically pick who they want to deal with and if somebody from an opposing group or a rival or someone who is going against them they deal with it and usually that means they will kill that person or persons. They usually try to be the ones in control of their territory and would not let anyone in their sector.
Organized criminals are smart in the way they conduct their business to not make it obviously apparent to police officers or any kind of law enforcement. Besides the mafia who really didn’t care that people knew who they were organized criminals nowadays are more discrete with their criminal activities and are cunning to keep the police a stray and even if local police know of what they are doing the criminals have a good way of not letting the cops catch them. For example in the show
