Job: Sales Co-op
Question 1: if you have a chance to change your job would you?
Answer: Yes.
Reason: Mary is a marketing major student. She thinks sales would be a good position for her to be on co-op. But the job she takes right now is not as perfect as she thought. The payment is very low for a 40 hours per week job. She only got 9 dollars per hours for salary. She needs to deliver posts everyday and there is nothing can be learned from this job. She thinks it is waste of her time to do that.
Question 2: What’s area of your job need to be improved?
Answer: Although the job is boring and is kind of waste of time, Mary thinks if she can know how many posts should be deliver next day would be better. The manger never tell her how many posts should be deliver next day. So she cannot prepare for that.

John: student, Junior, Lebow College of business
Job: accounting assistant
Question 1: if you have a chance to change your job would you?
Answer: No.
Reason: First, John said he got a good payment for this job. He can pay his rent and daily meals also transportation fee by this job. Second, his manager is a very nice man. He teaches John a lot of things that he never learned from school. Moreover, he gets to practice a lot from the job.
Question 2: What’s area of your job need to be improved?
Answer: Sometimes John has to use his weekend to finish some of the work that his manager gives to him. His manager considers him as a real accounting assistant, but John is only a co-op students. So he hopes that his workload can be reduce a little bit.
