Outcast Immigrants

All immigrants to the United States should be required to learn English. It would be in their best interest that they learn English. If they didn’t learn English then they would be an outcast to their peers. It would be very difficult for the immigrants to communicate with other people without knowing English. English is spoken throughout the United States so the immigrants wouldn’t know anything that is going on around them. If an immigrant didn’t know English and they went to school, then they would be forced to become an outcast. The immigrant would have a limited amount of friends. They would have the kind of friends that speak the same language of the as them. Students in the united states wouldn’t want to hang out with a person who
doesn’t know how to speak English .If an immigrant had a job where English is spoken all around, then they would have a hard time working at that job. It would be very difficult for the immigrants to communicate with other people without knowing English. If an immigrant was lost and needed directions nobody would understand them because the immigrant can’t speak English. The immigrant would have to get a translator to follow them around all the time. The immigrant couldn’t ask for anything themselves because they didn’t know English. Immigrants wouldn’t understand anything around them without knowing English. Most TV shows are spoken in English. All street signs are in English. Most books are in English. Songs on the radio are in English. The immigrant wouldn’t understand any of those things because they don’t know English. All immigrants should be required to learn English. They wouldn’t have to be an outcast. It would be easy for immigrants to get around. They would have an easier experience in the united states.
