It took me 5 minutes in order to clean the table, wash my hand, and gather together the ingredients. The first thing I done was melt 50 g of butter for 3-4 minutes. Then I blended 225g of digestive biscuits which took around 3 minutes. Whilst the biscuits were being blended I prepared the tin by adding butter and plain flour. Afterwards I added 200g of strawberries to hot water and left them cooking for 4 minutes, after the four minutes I filtered the strawberries and left them in a bowl in the strainer in order for the strawberries to release the juice within them . I mixed the biscuit with the melted butter, I than added the mixture into the tin and made sure it was a smooth layer. This took me 4 minutes altogether. I than had to make the filling; which consisted in cream cheese 750g mixed with 450g of crème fresh with 50g of sour cream. I mixed all these ingredients together and added 300g of caster sugar. This took me 5 minutes. Next I cracked 5 eggs into a bowl and added it into the mixture with lemon juice. After I finished mixing the ingredients I added the juice which the strawberries gave out in order for the mixture to get a pink colour this took me 2 minutes. I than added a pinch of flour into the strawberries - so that they will not sink to the bottom of the mixture. I than added the mixture to the tin with the biscuit. Finally I baked the cheesecake in the oven at 160°C for 45…

First, you must sift the dry ingredients together. The dry ingredients are flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and cocoa. Simply place everything in a sieve and shake it back and forth over a bowl to eliminate clumps. Second, you will need to Stir in the liquid ingredients and stir well. These are the vinegar, oil, vanilla, water and egg. Some people like to add these ingredients individually, but others stir them together in a second bowl and before adding them to the dry ingredients. Next, you will need to pour the mixture into an 8-inch greased and floured round pan. The grease and flour will keep the mix from sticking to the pan. After that you will be ready to bake at 350 degrees F. (175 C.) for 30 minutes. Then, when the cake is ready you should remove it and let it cool for 5 minutes. Finally, you will be able to frost the cake or decorate it however you want.…

I am going to school as a Baking and Pastry major. Before I started school something I always loved to make was ice cream cake. Most people think this is a hard task, even though it is time consuming it is not hard to accomplish. It’s based on 3 steps. Make the cake, prepare the ice cream, and assemble the cake. You can basically choose any type of cake and ice cream you want. I have made many kinds such as chocolate cake with mint chocolate chip ice cream, vanilla cake with cookies and cream ice cream, and strawberry cake with butter pecan ice cream. I’m going to explain the process of making a simple yellow neopolitan ice cream cake. You also need to choose what size of cake you want to make. I’m going to make a 9 inch cake. You will need 3 cake pans of the size you choose. The first step is baking the cake. You can choose to either buy a package of cake mix, or to make your own cake. First you need to preheat the oven. Most cakes call for 350 degrees. Now get two of your pans out and butter, or spray them. To ensure the cakes won’t stick you can always sprinkle some flour on the top of the butter. Now your pans are ready. In order to prepare a cake batter you will need some ingredients. You will need to combine the dry ingredients: 2 cups of flour, ½ a teaspoon of salt, and 2 teaspoons of baking powder. After you’ve finished with the dry ingredients blend together 1 cup of sugar, 3 teaspoons of vanilla, and ½ a cup of butter. Beat in 3 eggs to the sugar combination. Now add the dry ingredients you mixed earlier into the sugar combination. Last pour in ½ a cup of milk and continue to mix until it is thoroughly incorporated. Divide the mixture into the two prepared cake pans. When you place the pans in the oven make sure they are spaced at least 2 inches away from each other. The cakes should bake about 25 minutes. When the cakes are done let me fully cool off before messing with them. While the cakes cool off it is time to move…

The mixer beats the egg yolks in a spiral motion, as the sugar is being added to the eggs. Due to the fat content of the egg yolks, the yolks are isolated from the egg whites to avoid the deflation in the rising of the whites. Two separate batters consisting of the egg whites which were whisked until it became frothy and the egg yolks were then mixed together with butter using a spatula in folding motion. After which a sifter was used to add the flour and the cocoa powder into the mixture while it was being whisked in the mixer. The oven was pre-heated to a temperature of 175F.The combined batter was then poured into a buttered spring-form pan which had been smoothly brushed with butter to avoid having the batter stick to the pan. The batter slowly started to solidify and rise higher. The point at which the cake starts to become golden in color is the sign to get the cake out of oven, since it is completely baked. Alongside, the juice of the cherries was being drained and the whipped cream was mixed with the vanilla sugar to form the blobs on the surface of the cake. The chocolate was separately being melted to get the icing ready. The melted chocolate was allowed to cool down and then started the process of assembling the cake.…
