Convenience food
Cheesecake
My Plan;
The ingredients which I used in order to make the cheesecake were;
Egg
Butter
Digestive biscuit
Sugar
Philadelphia cheese
Plain flour
Vanilla extract
Lemon juice carton soured cream
Time plan
It took me 5 minutes in order to clean the table, wash my hand, and gather together the ingredients. The first thing I done was melt 50 g of butter for 3-4 minutes. Then I blended 225g of digestive biscuits which took around 3 minutes. Whilst the biscuits were being blended I prepared the tin by adding butter and plain flour. Afterwards I added 200g of strawberries to hot water and left them cooking for 4 minutes, after the four minutes I filtered the strawberries and left them in a bowl in the strainer in order for the strawberries to release the juice within them . I mixed the biscuit with the melted butter, I than added the mixture into the tin and made sure it was a smooth layer. This took me 4 minutes altogether. I than had to make the filling; which consisted in cream cheese 750g mixed with 450g of crème fresh with 50g of sour cream. I mixed all these ingredients together and added 300g of caster sugar. This took me 5 minutes. Next I cracked 5 eggs into a bowl and added it into the mixture with lemon juice. After I finished mixing the ingredients I added the juice which the strawberries gave out in order for the mixture to get a pink colour this took me 2 minutes. I than added a pinch of flour into the strawberries - so that they will not sink to the bottom of the mixture. I than added the mixture to the tin with the biscuit. Finally I baked the cheesecake in the oven at 160°C for 45

    This survey consisted of 9 questions regarding customer service representatives’ courtesy, customer satisfaction with store appearance and selection of products. Other factors such as store hour convenience and the appearance of the merchandise on the shelves was reviewed. According to a Kudler Fine Foods survey taken in 2012, the item disagreed with most frequently is, “The merchandise sold is a good value for the money.” ("Kudler Fine Foods", 2012). Apparently a majority of customers do not see the value of gourmet foods. Customers shop at the stores knowing they are a gourmet foods supplier, and must understand that gourmet foods are going to be more expensive, but that does not mean they consider it a good value for the price.…
