Effects of Outsourcing American Jobs to Foreign Countries The nation's economy will be adversely affected in areas such as unemployment, Social Security, and even retirement benefits, by the outsourcing of American jobs to foreign countries. This country needs to take a look at some of the ways that outsourcing to foreign countries has affected those who have already lost their jobs due to outsourcing. The American businesses are the ones deciding to outsource the jobs to foreign countries, mostly because of cost effectiveness to the company. But, when will they start thinking that they are truly hurting their own company further, by sending these jobs out of the country, because no one in this country will want to purchase products from that company anymore? In turn, our people cannot support their families and the family unit splits up. There is already a high divorce rate in this country. Why should we add to it by giving them more reasons to get divorced? So, to get our country back on track of thinking about the American people and not the benefits to foreign countries, we truly need to let our government know how we feel about the outsourcing of American jobs to foreign countries.

We need to tell the government how the outsourcing of these jobs is affecting the family unit and that we do not want a worse problem than we had before the outsourcing started. Outsourcing American jobs to foreign countries is bad for our people and bad for our country.
