Oven Exploded Research Paper
When my oven exploded last night, I did not cook and use my kitchen. It just exploded for no reason. And I haven't used my oven since last Thursday.
First, it just had a load pop and got my attention ( I was using my phone at that time). Then, the outer glass of the oven fall apart.

I was writing you to let you understand the situation not only ask you send service team to fix it but also warn you that other residents might confront like-kind accidednts, their oven might explode for no reason. It's a serious safety problem and dangerous for all residents, including adults and children.

I certainly know how to use your online service request portal. However, my concern is the safety problem to every residents using the oven your company
