I was writing you to let you understand the situation not only ask you send service team to fix it but also warn you that other residents might confront like-kind accidednts, their oven might explode for no reason. It's a serious safety problem and dangerous for all residents, including adults and children.
I certainly know how to use your online service request portal. However, my concern is the safety problem to every residents using the oven your company
provided.
How can I feel safe to use the oven again if your service team just fix it under the situation that I have no clue whether it would happen again and get hurt?
