For most women, it is important to do some regular physical activity during pregnancy as part of living a healthy lifestyle development. For example strengthening muscle activities with include climbing stairs, walking hard, lifting or carrying shopping, weight training, yoga or similar resistance exercises that use your major muscle groups.
Pregnancy is a critical period for central nervous system we don’t know almost nothing about it.Making sure that they keep their minds occupied by doing this like reading, or getting their baby things ready, e.g. shopping for clothes, decorating the room. So that their minds won't be on other things that may cause them to worry about, the pain or to think about this like their baby having complication and things....
A pregnancy woman may be experience a number of different emotions during her journey through pregnancy and birth. This is: surprise, joy, love, anger, fear and sadness etc.…
This is where a pregnant woman start to socialise with her partener,midwives friend or family member about her birth plan, baby name, when her baby will be due, after birth ….
