Team cohesion is a vital thing it is what keeps the team together after the exercise takes place. team cohesion is about maintaining the team bonding effect and preventing group fragmentation. Any good team bonding activities should include common goals and purpose to ensure that team cohesion is in place in the future; if there is a common goal, there will be team cohesion. Team cohesion could be lost if someone is off ill and do not turn up for the team building activates then the team cohesion could be lost then in future when taking out tasks there could be serious incidents. If there is good team cohesion in the team it will allow them to get the job done and successfully.

Teams that operate in the police

Also for tracking criminals or a missing person. Also provide sniffer dogs, who can find money, drugs, firearms, bombs, and much more. -Criminal investigation department, these are detectives that look at serious crimes such as robbery. -Community safety, take care of looking after victims of domestic environment. This is after the team has dealt with the complaint.
