Task 1: Managing Projects (P1, P2, P3 and M1) a) Project Life Cycle (PLC)
In this task I am going to cover PLC, resources issues and relate to projects.
The Project Life Cycle refers to a logical sequence of activities to complete the project’s goals or objective. Every project goes through a series of stages during its life and a project life cycle involves four stages that are shown on the diagram bellow. Project activities must be grouped into stages to make it easy for the project manager and the team member. They can well plan and organise resources for each activity. ave a business case for going ahead with the system or procedure, giving the potential cost and benefits.

* Project planning
The second stage is planning that is the project itself will be planed, including identifying review points and other milestones, and consideration of what resources will be needed, how much money will be required to see the project through to completion and what deadlines are required.
While this is going on, information about the existing system and its process is being collected and analysed you cannot design a solution if you do not understand what information you have already. * Project execution
The most important issue in this stage is to ensure project activities are properly executed and controlled. During the execution stage, the planned solution is implemented to solve the problem specified in the project 's requirements. In product and system development, a design resulting in a specific set of product requirements is created. As the execution stage progresses, groups across the organization become more deeply involved in planning for the final testing, production and support. * Project closure
In this last stage once the project is complete, the product is activated or brought to life and is tested in again to make sure that everything is working perfectly. The who team involved in the project then get together to review its
