A) Read "A winning Recipe" and "How to change your Boss".
B) Job Survey:

C) Donor Services Department:
1. Joanna Reed found a lot of problems in Sam Wilson's donor service department.
The main problem with the department was that there was very minimal authority by higher management people (e.g. Elena and Jose) over their employees. Jose liked to be in the field, doing work for community service department. He was not giving time to what's going on inside the department. Being a supervisor, Elena was not doing her job because she lacked leadership skills and employees did not respect her as she wasn't bilingual
Another issue was the lack of knowledge among the employees about their job work. The employees did not get the complete knowledge and Jose was unaware of this fact.
The distribution of work load was not at all balanced. Magdalena and new translators' work were swarming while Juana and other translators were doing nothing.
Also, the morale of the team as a whole was down because they knew little about their department.
2. Joanna can give the following recommendations:
Elena can be replaced by Magdalena as she had more respect, knowledge and level of maturity. Magdalena can better track the activities within the department than Elena because of her experience. Also, Jose should spend a little time to see what's going inside the department and to increase the morale of the employees.
As there was a lack of knowledge, training the employees might help in increasing the overall productivity. There is need for knowledge transfer sessions.
Proper distribution of work load is required. Magdalena should take the responsibility of distributing the equal workload among other employees.
Motivation and Appreciation can increase the productivity of the employees.
3. Managerial Style of
Sam: Sam Wilson had Autocratic style of Managing. He got complaints that his office in Guatemala is not doing well. So he hired Juanna to see the problems. He did

There were two presidents in office during this era. William Howard Taft, the 27th president, was in office from 1909 to 1913.During Taft's term everyone compared him to Roosevelt, the previous president, and would always criticize his ways. People always talked smack about how he supported big business, although no one ever mentioned how he was the first president to protect federal lands on oil had been found. Also how he protected coal infested lands. Some people may say that he was a bad president because he kept the government from enforcing the 15th Amendment, which gives black people the right to vote.…

Mutability is in fact the human characteristic that verifies us as human.…
