Parent Involvement Strategies

First, the six types of “Parent Involvement” are establishing relationships with families; gathering information from families, keeping families informed, establishing two-way communication between families and program; providing family education; facilitating family-to-family support. After analyzing, the six types of “Parent Involvement” the three involvement strategies that I would use in my classroom would be, is for keeping families informed, I would call the parents on the phone, once a week to tell them how their child is doing in school.
