another one of their battles.
Although it may be tempting to give up and wither in your home, don’t. You have so much to live for. Not just for the obvious reasons like your family, friends and yourself. Not just the little things like the sunrise, the smell after it rains and soft pillows. You are also living role models and examples for others diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. You have so much more time in your existence to enjoy.
Doing activities that you personally enjoy, hobbies that you had prior to the verdict, can take away from the otherwise depressing diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease. This will make your time more enjoyable and your life more fulfilling. Your symptoms will seem less dreadful and more manageable. Reading, listening music, and watching films are exceptional hobbies for those diagnosed.
Managing your stress levels is crucial for not just surviving, but living. This will help you to maintain a positive physical, emotional, and spiritual outlook on life. Being stressed out will only makes the situation worse. You should try to organize a daily routine that will reduce stress, with down time for both you and your family members. Working or learning under high pressure is not advised.
