Conflicts are unfortunately not uncommon in the workplace. There are a few different types of conflict. Interpersonal conflict occurs between two or more coworkers, intragroup conflict occurs within a group of healthcare workers and intergroup conflict occurs between two or more groups of healthcare workers.
