This makes Patsy Mink a female hero for many people today. Within the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, there were over ten companies that fought in World War II together. The late Hawaii Senator Daniel K Inyoue was apart of Company E, and many of Company E’s stories have been recounted over the years, as well as the heroics of the team as a whole.
