All patient data files are encrypted for storage using AES (Advanced Encryption Standard). All access to patient data files requires identification and authentication of each user. In all Radiology modalities the DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine) standard and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) are standard. The administrative area run on 1000 BaseT using CAT6 Cable, while the Clinical area run on 1000 BaseF suing the single mode fiber and they are both connected by a network bridge. The administrative network has one computer for the executive management, has all the network stations connected to it, run on Apple iMAC, GHZ,GB Ram and IT MB HP.
