I have seen many students at the high school level walking around with the backpacks I helped make. Overall it may not have been much but knowing I helped out one student really made my day. However this project goes back to the problem of poverty. I not only chose this project just to help people out but for the reason that poverty is a very real subject that most people try to skim over. Poverty occurs in all walks of life and can happen at any time. But it so frequently happens to those who did nothing to deserve it, children. There are so many different types of poverty, however all these types cause many different effects to people, these different types include, generational, situational, absolute, relative, urban and rural poverty. These six different types of poverty take their toll on all sorts of people and can damage children in many different forms. Through the different kinds of poverty, children suffer, whether it be in their education or their homelife, children go through just as much of the poverty cycle as adults.
