I can apply different perspectives of approaches to curriculum in my teaching experience. I will clarify my philosophy and theoretical perspectives, values and beliefs before put approaches curriculums
and pedagogies.
In class, I can support children’s current level of thinking and challenge them by encouraging children’s efforts and help them extend or build on their work, joining their play and help them learn to solve problems that may arise. I will also establish daily routines including large and small group activities and organize the environment for active learning. For instance, by storing telling, I can build literacy as a basis in that children’s attention can be abstracted. I can also create possible items, everyday activities and events to connect the children’s funds of knowledge in families and communities.
