It is inferred that females are more self-perpetuating and discriminatory in regards to the way they their image is projected outward. The beauty characteristics that women often desire can and are also reasons for oppressions on the females within society when dealing with top positions in the workplace. Due to the large amount of stereotyping in our society it is not A-Typical to associate a beautiful woman with a high rank job or position. For that reason I believe that today's class of women are breaking the stereotypes in society and letting their beautification and self image empower them into high positions.
