Personal Narrative: A Career In The Nursing Profession
In the nursing profession there are multiple directions one can take their career. There is not one definite career destination is the nursing career field due to the vast amount of different roles a nurse at partake in. Planning a nursing career is vital to the nurse and the growing of the profession. The nurse must own their own skill, interests, and ultimately their career goal.
Personally I would like to work in pediatrics or obstetrics, but after reading these articles it has made me realize, I will not know what my personal fit is until I am actually in practice.
