When I first arrived at the scene I saw Fannin lying on the ground dead. Ernie (the owner of Ernie’s Lunchroom) told me that the murderer had leaned against the wall while firing at point-blank range. As I looked around the lunchroom I saw 3 different sets of footprints. I also noticed that the handprint on the wall was a right hand. As I continued inspecting the scene I saw that the cash register was open and all the money was still in it. Customers B, C, and D had all finished their meals while A hadn’t even touched his. I also observed that A, B, and D had their cups and silverware on the right of their plates while C had his on the left. Right before I left saw all the customers tickets and decided to check the cash
