Personal Narrative: Freshman Year Of High School
When I came back from studying in the United Kingdom I had a goal in mind to lower the cost of education so my parents weren’t as financially burdened. When I was accepted to Bentley University I thought things were going to be better since it would not cost as much as studying overseas. What I did not account for is things going wrong.

Quickly many things did go wrong. The registry listed me as a sophomore while other departments did not. The housing department moved me into a dorm which caused me to have a severe allergic reaction. Luckily since the registry had me as a sophomore I could proceed academically with no issues. However, as of writing this essay I am living out of a hotel.

I am not stranger to adversity; for Freshman year I study law overseas at the University of Edinburgh. The academic method used is entirely different from the United States, there was also adjusting to living in a different country. Before this, there was starting an investment club; in April of my Senior year of high school I started an investment club with my friends. Since then the fund has been up more than 25% and we are looking to form a fund. …show more content…
However, in the months since I transferred I have become involved in the start up of 2 other businesses that are connected to the fund. One being a data company and the other being a holding company. One of the partners in the investment club also found a person to do Quantitative and Algorithmic work for the upcoming
